Shanghai Project Specialist (China)

Responsibilities

1.    Organize the installation teams to take part in site investigation and quotation;

2.    In big projects, recommend the installation team to the company considering its quotation and ability; in common projects, choose the team directly and send out technician staff for monitor on site;

3.    Organize the PM on site according to the staffing situation of the installation team;

4.    Arrange the installation team to work on site according to the construct schedule;

5.    Coordinate with the on-site staff with construction paper, plan, schedule and other issues, and organize the PM team on site before the installation team start working;

6.    Monitor the staff’s safety, working quality and the training on construction rules on site;

7.    Communicate with the manufacturing department on the manufacturing plan; report to the company immediately if there is any discrepancy between the actual situation and schedule, to ensure the plan can be adjusted in time;

8.    Attend the meetings between the owner, PM and supervisors;

9.    Deal with the installation contract and payment application;

10. Follow up and record the construction statue and report to the other relevant departments accordingly;

11. Provide technical support to the clients and answer the detailed questions they raised in installation and RM;

12. Enhance the monitor on big projects and arrange technicians on site;

13. File the installation documents and the administration work of the department.

 

Requirements

1.    With the education degree higher than college, major in engineering related subjects;

2.    More than three years’ PM experience; those who have management experience in big projects will be preferred;

3.    Familiar with the process of project design, construction, acceptance check, safety, environmental protection and national construction rules;

4.    Great coordinative ability and on-site experience; great ability of problem-solving and flexibility; active, capable of working under pressure;

5.    With team spirit, good organization and communication skills.

5.    Responsible; capable of working under high pressure.
